As you can see in the picture above, my son loved the whey protein shake! I got 2 sips in before he snatched it out of my hands. He's a big protein shake fan so I knew that he would love it and want it.
I made a shake with one package of whey protein and 8 ounces of milk. Shook it in a blending cup for 30 seconds. Easy as that! You can also use cashew milk, almond milk, water, etc. However you like your shakes. I'd even use the whey protein in a healthy fruit smoothie.
The powder is Kosher Certified, lactose free, has no protein complex and no amino acid spiking. For those of you who don't know, protein and amino acid spiking is when companies add extra cheap amino acids like taurine, glycine, glutamines, and creatine to their powders to lower cost. Which is something that Summit Nutritions does NOT do!
I really enjoyed the shake(all 2 sips of it, haha). I was able to taste the Stevia, but it was not bad. I am not usually one for artificial sweetners. But, it was good in the whey protein. The powder easily blended when shook. I did not have any clumps of whey protein. Whey protein available in Alpine Vanilla or Natural Dutch Chocolate. I tried the Alpine Vanilla. Very yummy!
Throw a package or two into your purse, diaper bag or suitcase for a simple, quick meal on the go!
