Maker Studio's Propellers Set Review

Hello, all! Today I share with you a building kit by Maker Studio. This kit here is the Propellers Set. Do you have a child in your household who loves to build?

Maker Studio™ inspires imagination and a love for engineering. In this set featuring propellers, you’ll be able to build a chopper, a biplane, a windmill and a plane. For each build you’re given Engineering Challenges – experiment with friction, torque and propulsion as you engineer your solutions. Once you’ve mastered all four builds, get creative and design something that’s all your own!

The kit comes with a tool to punch holes in your recycled household cans, 50 pieces, an Engineering Challenges book and an instruction manual.

My Thoughts

This was a fun project for the family. As soon as I opened the box, everyone was grabbing pieces and thinking about what they were going to build. First we had to find empty containers to use for building. Which was like a scavenger hunt.

My son and I decided to make a Windmill using a puff's can. The can was just the right size. I recommend that a parent use the hole punching tool. It is very hard to use and its sharp. I had a hard time poking holes in the can. The pieces are made nicely. I did not have any problem with them breaking. All in all, the kit is fun and different. We had a great time building and I look forward to building more masterpieces! I recommend this kit.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
