This was the first time I made this recipe and it turned out really well! I have to say, it was SO good. And, spicy. Which I love! I had 2 bowls. Haha! This recipe was super easy to make. I would definitely recommend using a large pot so that there is extra room for stirring. There was only one thing missing.. BREAD! C'mon, Melissa, how do you forget the bread! Oops!
I used scallops instead of calamari because Wegman's did not have fresh calamari on the day that I went. I think the recipe came out perfect with the scallops.
