Welcome to A Sampling Bee! Today, I share with you Beef Jerky from People's Choice! People's Choice Beef Jerky is handmade in Downtown LA. This family owned company has been passed down from generation to generation, since 1929. Since being past down, their jerky recipe has only changed based on market trends. People's choice offers their customers over 10 different kinds of jerky. But that's not all, they also make beef sticks!
People's Choice Beef Jerky is made with quality meats. Their process starts out by thinly hand slicing pieces of lean beef. Then, the beef marinates in a family spice blend. After marinating, each piece is laid by hand onto stainless steel racks. The meat is then cooked and dried to bring out its natural flavors. Some jerky flavors that they make are: Sweet Chili Habanero, Sriracha, Classic Original, Classic Teriyaki, Old Fashioned Original, Old Fashioned Hot & Spicy, etc.

Each one of these jerky flavors is amazing! I love how each one of them is full of flavor and unique in their own way. The spice combinations that Peoples Choice uses, just blend so well together. I love how they have different textures of jerkys because I sometimes like a moister jerky rather than a tough jerky. Have I mentioned the shredded jerky yet?? Oh my goodness! It's out of this world good! It was recommended that I sprinkle some on my eggs. And, that's exactly what I did!
The Shredded Machaca Beef Jerky was a great alternative to greasy bacon. I actually like it better than bacon. This was my first time having a shredded jerky. I'm impressed. It melts in my mouth!
My absolute favorite flavor, which I am eating while I am typing this, is Orange Honey Teriyaki. :) It tastes just like a sweet orange. The beef mixed with the orange and honey flavors are a perfect match. I need to buy a case full just of this flavor! I also love the spicy jerky flavors, too. Actually, I love every single one of these jerky flavors. People's Choice sure knows how to make one heck of a jerky!
