Named after a cutie pie named Cora, this cornbread mix is the perfect accompaniment to soups, stews or pastas. Cora's Cornbread is also great with a little bit of honey and/or butter. Cora's Cornbread Baking Mix is made with whole grains. This mix is gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, does not contain and fillers or gums and dairy free. Among Friends Baking mixes are very versatile. Cornbread Mix Ingredients:

My Thoughts

Cora's Cornbread is awesome in every way. The recipe is easy to follow and prep. I had homemade cornbread made in under 20 minutes. I was afraid of how it would bake knowing that it's gluten-free, but the cornbread came out perfect. Not dry at all! Super moist and melts in my mouth. I drizzled a little honey butter over the top.
