My Thoughts

 

Kala Beans are great. I love how the beans are roasted. Makes them super crunchy. They are also full of flavor. I particularly like the Pineapple Kick Medley because it's sweet, salty and a but spicy. The flavors go really well together. Kala Beans are a light snack that I feel good about eating. This snack is low in calories and low in sodium. All four flavors are great. I highly recommend you grab a bag and enjoy a healthy snack!

IFME Children's Shoes - Spring Collection 2017

 

 

Welcome to A Sampling Bee! Today,I share with you the cutest children's shoes from IFME! The shoes that I am sharing with you are from IFME's new Spring Collection for 2017. IFME is a Japanese shoe brand that was first launched in 1999. It wasn't until last year, 2016, that IFME's children's shoes came into the USA. IFME is a company that deeply cares about customer satisfaction as well as making supportive shoes for children to help their feet develop properly. IFME works directly with Dr. Torri, professor at Waseda Universtiy's division of Sports Sciences, as a part of an academic-industrial alliance. As a result, IFME offers unique features and design elements that support the foot's movement and help muscles exert their full potential.

IFME shoes are washable, functional and have removable insoles. As I read on IFME's website, studies show that an increasing number of children suffer from flat feet. To promote correct foot position and posture,  IFME has developed a unique functional insole that allows the toes to splay and advances healthy arch development. Learn more about the insoles HERE. IFME Shoes also have "MOFF" or Marvelous Odor Free Fiber. This is a natural cotton-based deodorizing fiber mechanically treated by superior nanotechnology. "MOFF" absorbs 150 times as much ammonia odor as activated charcoal at 20 times the speed. The shoes have Velcro straps and do not require any tying.

My Thoughts

I love IFME because they are the cutest! I also love them because they are reasonably priced. For those of you who have kids, you know that kids grow out of their shoes what seems like in 2 days! I also love that they don't smell. My sons played in the dirt, down by a creek where they got them wet, at the park and during road trips. And not once did I get any odors coming from their shoes. I purposely made my boys put their IFME Shoes to the test. I wanted to see how they would wash in the washing machine. After washing them, they were like new. It is recommended that you air dry them. Which I did anyways to see how long they took to dry. I placed them in the washing machine around 8 pm one night and by the next morning, they were 100% dry.

As you can see in this photo, my sons were both so excited to try on their new shoes. My youngest, pictured left, calls his shoes his "basketball shoes". My oldest son, pictured right, calls his shoes 'awesome". As I was taking photos of the shoes, there were moments when a shoe would go missing or a cute face or hand would appear in the photo.

The name IFME is short for "IF it was ME", which is super cute. The shoes pictured here are from IFME's Spring Collection. The name of this shoe style is "Scout". IFME Shoes come in a wide variety of colors and styles. There are also sizes available for baby. :)

 



To end, we are very happy with our IFME Shoes. They are not falling apart, they are not uncomfortable for their feet, and the shoes and feet don't smell. I highly recommend IFME!

My Thoughts

The Sockeye Salmon Fillets and the Swordfish Fillets are amazing! They are delicious and so easy to cook. I pan seared my fillets in a little bit of Olive Oil and Italian seasonings. Both of these fillets were cooked in under ten minutes. Which is great for a busy mom of two! ;) I had a healthy meal cooked for my family in no time! (My youngest son ate like a pig) Even though the fish is frozen, once thawed, I was unable to tell. The fish still had its amazing flavor. I highly recommend Orca Bay Seafood and I look forward to trying more of their products.

A few of these product were in previous boxes. But, it's okay because I enjoyed them. I really enjoyed the coconut chips, dark chocolate bar, the shortbread cookies and the Slendier pasta this month. If I had to choose one product to have again, I'd choose the chocolate bar from Green & Black's. I highly recommend Degusta Box. I enjoy opening it up every month. It's such a surprise to see what's inside!

My Thoughts

When I first heard about Daily Goodie Box, I immediately signed up. Boxes are subject to availability so I thought that I would never get one. Well, within an hour, I had a box waiting for me in my account! I received the box in about 2 weeks and I was thrilled. I love trying samples. Especially when it's samples of things that o have yet to tried. I love trying before I buy! The Daily Goodie Box is just that. A Goodie Box.... Full of LOTS of great samples. My Thoughts

My Thoughts

I am all about Probiotic Water lately. Karma is by far the best. I love the fact that I can add the premixed powder right before I am ready to drink the water. It dissolves quickly and the water is ready to drink within seconds. The premixed powders all taste really good. I really like the Berry Cherry flavor. It's like drinking flavored water but Karma is much better for you. Even though the powder is full of vitamins, I don't get a vitamin taste when drinking the water. I prefer to drink Karma Probiotic Water cold. :) I love the fact that Karma Probiotic Waters are safe for kids. My sons, who are 2 and 4 years old, LOVE Karma. Karma allows us to have healthy, regulated tummies. I highly recommend!

I love the fact that they don't use any butter or salt when making their popcorn. Which to me, means that more people(who have food allergies and sensitivities) can enjoy New Pop. New Pop truly is a guilt-free snack. A snack that I feel good about eating as well as feeding it to my family. My favorite flavors are.. all of them! The Original has a slight sweetness to it. The Hot and Sweet flavor is exactly that- hot and sweet. The Sweet Cinnamon has just the right amount of cinnamon. If I had to choose just one flavor, I'd choose the Sweet Cinnamon. Bags of New Pop are available in 2 sizes- Large 4.23oz & Small 1.41oz.

New Pop Popcorn is the perfect movie night snack. I highly recommend because New Pop is delicious and no part of this popcorn gets stuck in my teeth!

Valentine's Day Chocolate Heart Shaped Marshmallows Sprinkled with Brooklyn Bean Roastery Hot Cocoa Recipe

Chocolate Covered Heart Shaped Marshmallows Sprinkled with BBR Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

Square marshmallows; cut into heart shapes. I used a small cookie cutter :)

Melting chocolate; either white, milk or dark. I used milk chocolate.

1 BBR Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa K-cup

Directions:

1) Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut marshmallows.
2) Put melting chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.

3) Dip top half of heart shaped marshmallows into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper.

4) Sprinkle with BBR Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa.

5) Let chocolate harden; about 30 minutes.
6) Enjoy!

These heart shaped marshmallows are so easy to make and they make the perfect gift or treat for Valentine's Day. Brooklyn Bean Roastery's Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa is the perfect added touch to these yummy chocolate hearts! Happy Valentine's Day! 💘
