Each Luvo Meal comes in a "Steam in Pouch" packaging. Luvo Meals are easy to prepare: Simply place the pouch on a microwaveable safe dish, steam side up, and follow the specific meals cooking time. Allow meal to rest for one minute in the pouch after microwaving to lock in flavors. Use scissors to cut open the pouch(be careful of steam). Gently tilt the pouch over your dish and allow the meal to slide right out. Enjoy!

I really enjoyed this meal. The turkey Bolognese is out of this world good! The raviolis are stuffed with just the perfect amount of spinach and ricotta. I highly recommend this meal!
Tandoori-inspired Spiced Chicken
This amazing meal contains mango, broccoli, brown rice and cauliflower. The Tandoori-inspired Spice Chicken contains 19 grams of protein, 440mg of sodium and is only 270 calories.
I really enjoyed the Indian flavors and spices in this meal. The combination of ingredients all go well together. The mango adds a slight sweetness to a spicy meal!
I am in love with Luvo Meals. Not only are their meals delicious, but they are filling and good for me and my family. Their meals come in so many awesome flavors that I had a hard time choosing which ones to review when I was in the grocery store. I wanted to try them all! But, I chose their Spinach Ricotta Ravioli and the Tandoori-inspired Spiced Chicken. Two totally different meals, two totally different flavors. Both awesomely tasteful and delicious. I love that these meals are healthy and I love the pouch that they come in. The meals just come out tasting so good and there are no splatters or messes in my microwave.
