All 7 flavors of Himalaya Botanique's toothpaste are gluten-free. The foaming action of the tooth paste leaves your mouth feeling fresh all day long. When it comes to ingredients, Himalaya takes a different approach by using:

Pomegranate- which is an astringent fruit extract that helps support healthy looking gums.

Neem Leaf- cleans teeth and gives this formulation its sparkle. Neem works by keeping the mouth clean.

Xylitol- a tooth-friendly sweetener that has been clinically-studied to support good oral hygiene.

Triphala- a traditional detox formula in ancient Ayurveda composed of three myrobalan fruits for clean teeth and a radiant smile.

My Thoughts

Himalaya Botanique's toothpaste is a really good toothpaste. All seven flavors are minty and leave my mouth feeling clean and fresh. I really like the spearmint flavor and the cinnamon flavor. I like the fact that these toothpastes are fluoride free. After using the toothpaste for a couple weeks, I notice that my teeth look and feel cleaner and they look whiter. I did not take a before and after photo, but I wish I did. Himalaya Botanique's toothpaste works well to remove yucky plaque, too.
