Welcome back! Today, I am sharing with you Dr. Hart's Weighted Blanket. I have a lot of trouble sleeping. A lot of us do. I tend to throw a heavy pillow on top of my back or tummy before I fall asleep at night. But, from tossing and turning, the pillow falls off within no time. My Thoughts

Dr. Hart's Weighted Blanket is super soft and warm. When I am wrapped in it, I feel like someone is giving me a giant hug! The blanket I got has the weight of 25 pounds and I feel like that amount is just what I need. I was worried that the inside of the blanket was going to move around a lot and bunch up in one area. That's not the case at all. The inside weighted part stays in place and when it does move, its super easy to straighten it out. We fight over who's going to snuggle under this weighted blanket at night. Glad that its big enough for all of us to snuggle under while watching a movie on the couch! I personally love this weighted blanket because it helps ease my restless legs and it allows me to fall asleep faster. My husband loves it because it helps him stay asleep at night. As you can see below, my 4 year od loves this blanket. My 6 year old does, too! It calms them and allows them to feel secure and fall asleep faster.
