Sea Witch Botanicals Vegan Lip & Cheek Tint Review

Hey! Welcome to my blog! I know, I know, it's been 2 months since my last blog review. Our move took a lot out of me and I just can't seem to get out of the funk that I am in. Hopefully, after doing this review and getting back into the swing of things, that'll change. Today, I am writing all about Sea Witch Botanicals' Vegan Lip & Cheek Tint. It's been a while since I have written a blog review on a beauty product and that's because I don't really wear a ton of makeup. And when I do wear makeup, I use light and natural colors. But, I will tell you, I love always having something on my lips.

Sea Witch Botanicals reached out to me via email and I was like heck yes, let collaborate! Especially after reading up about how much they care about our environment. I got to pick out what I wanted from their extensive line of products. All of which are made with plant-based ingredients. Their products are biodegradable and can be metabolized by humans. They are also free of any synthetic ingredients and GMOs.

The magenta color I went a bit out of my comfort zone with. I usually stick with lighter, natural color shades, not bright and bold. This is a color that I would wear when going out on a date or for special occasions. I love it, though!

The Dusty Rose color is more my style. Looks almost like my natural lip color but just gives them a slight pink tint. This is a color that I would wear every day.

Ingredients: Cocoa butter, coconut oil, avocado oil, candelilla wax and micas/oxides.

My Thoughts

When I first opened up one of the lip tints, they looked dried out. So, I rubbed my finger over the tint gentle just to test the texture. It did take me a couple of swirls on the tint in order for me to get some on my finger. After some TLC, the tint seemed to melt onto my finger tip. Once applied on the lips, it felt light and creamy. Not goopy or heavy. I am happy with the colors I chose. It's great to have found an awesome lip tint that keeps my lips moisturized as well as colored to perfection! Oh! Another thing I will say is, the cost of one lip tint is only $8! Totally affordable!

I love everything about this product. The packaging (which is recyclable), the lip tint ingredients, the smell of the lip tint and the colors! In the future, I'd love to be able to try some of Sea Witch Botanical's other products.

I have not tried this product as a cheek tint yet. But will soon and I'll post an update!
